Polish billionaire Zygmunt Solorz has been engaged in a high-stakes family feud with his three children since August 2024, with both sides battling in courts across several countries to win control of the tycoon’s $2.5 billion diversified empire with interests in energy, telecoms and media.

Now, in the latest twist of the saga, Solorz filed a legal petition in California to obtain documents from his daughter Aleksandra, who lives in Los Angeles, that he could use as evidence to bolster his case in Liechtenstein. That’s where Solorz is already suing Aleksandra as well as his two wons, Piotr and Tobias—who live in Poland and Dubai, respectively—over succession plans for two private foundations that own his business empire.
